Registration Guidance
Please fill all information accurately and truthfully. This is a legal document for New VLE registration as per standard guidelines.
VLE Name
Please enter your name exactly as it appears on your Aadhaar card or matriculation certificate. Do not use nicknames or abbreviations.
Father/Husband Name
Enter the full name of your father or husband as per government documents. This should match your official records.
Date of Birth
Select the correct date of birth as per your Aadhaar card or birth certificate. This cannot be changed later.
Contact Number
Enter your primary mobile number that you always keep with you. OTP and login credentials will be sent to this number.
Email Address
Enter a valid email address that you use regularly. Important notifications and login details will be sent here.
PIN Code
Enter the correct 6-digit PIN code of your area. This will automatically fill location details and determine your service area.
Complete Address
Write your complete address with house number, street, and landmark. This should match your Aadhaar address.
PAN Card Photo
Upload a clear and readable photo of your PAN card. File should be in JPG or PNG format and less than 1MB.
Security Deposit
Choose security deposit based on the services you want to provide. Different services have different deposit amounts.
